Lee 348 Gallon SS Tri-Mix Turboshear Jacketed Vacuum Kettle, XP

1- Used Lee 348 Gallon Working Capacity ” Tri-Mix Turbo Shear” Stainless Steel Jacketed Vacuum Triple Motion Mix Kettle/Reactor, Model D12T, Serial Number 40979-1.  Last used in the pharmaceutical industry, kettle total capacity of 490 gallons to top of rim. Vessel is jacketed for 90 PSI@ 332 degrees F., and rated 20 PSI and vacuum internally. Equipped with “tilt-out” via heavy duty pneumatic cylinder,  top lid has large manway with hinged lid, as well as assorted smaller openings. On heavy duty stainless steel legs, kettle has 3 inch diameter center bottom discharge. With top mounted right angle 10HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt explosion proof drive motor for the double-motion agitator, vessel also has top center-mounted 40HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt explosion proof motor for the high speed turbo-shear head.  Vessel also has internal thermowell, no instrument included.   (Stock #8864A)
