This Vacuum kettle/reactor is equipped with scraped surface frame type agitation driven by 3 kW (4 HP), 3/60/220 Volt motor, along with bottom entering high-speed homogenizing mixer, separately driven by 7.5 kW (10 HP) 3/60/220 Volt motor. Scraper agitator has variable speed control allowing for speeds 0 to 35 RPM. Homogenizing head has variable speed control, allowing for speeds from 0 to 2,800 RPM. With bolted dome top with assorted openings including manway with hinged lid, vessel has light instrument and dished bottom head. Equipped with control panel reactor has approximately 2 In. diameter center bottom outlet with hand-operated valve, with Tri-clamp fitting.
