The vessel measures approx. 60 In. diameter X 15 In. on straight side plus cone bottom head. Equipped with side scraping agitation, counter-rotating tri-blade, and perforated stationary baffle, top driven by “piggyback” style motors. On approx. 51 In. high stainless-steel legs, the vessel has a stainless-steel lid and was last operated in the food industry.
