Last used in the production of puddings and mousse, tank measures approximately 20 In. diameter X 19 In. deep.  Internal agitator driven by fractional HP motor, tank has approximately 1-1/2 In. diameter tangential bottom discharge with valve, and hinged lid.  (Stock #8881C)
