1-Used Unnico 3-Tank Electrically Heated System, Consisting of Three (3) Approximately 100 Gallon Each Tanks. Each tank measures approximately 32 In. Diameter X 34 In. deep plus dished bottom head.  Last used in pasteurization of puddings and mousse, tanks are marked warm water tank, alkali tank, and acid tank, respectively. Mounted on stainless steel base with piping , valves and centrifugal pump, each tank has center bottom outlet with discharge valve. Each tank has site glass and 15 In. diameter top manway with hinged lid, as well as electric coil heater.  Equipped with Dongzi digital controller. (Stock #8881A)
