Description
1 – Approx. 250 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Hemispherical Scraper Agitated Kettle. Interior dimensions are approximately 56 inch diameter by 33 inch deep. Last used in the food industry, kettle is jacketed for 43.5 PSI @ 289 Degrees F. With side scraping agitator with cross bars, agitation is driven by 5 HP 3 Phase, 220 Volt motor, providing for agitator speed of approx. 25 RPM. On stainless legs, kettle has approximately 3 inch diameter bottom discharge outlet and hand operated valve. Equipped with Stainless Steel Lid, kettle is in unused condition as it was never put into service by the previous owners (Stock # 8948B)
