With horizontal entering scrape surface agitator, driven by Eurodrive electric motor. Jacket rated 50 PSI @298 Deg. F., National Board # 40832, code stamped. Equipped with approx. 3 In. diameter stainless steel flush-bottom valve, kettle has stainless steel hinged cover and variable speed control for the scrape surface agitation.
