1-Used Olsa 300 Liter (78 gallon) Type 316L Stainless Steel Sanitary Jacketed Vacuum Reactor, Model MAC 300-FS, Serial Number 4627.  Interior dimensions approximately 32 In. diameter X 27 In. on straight side, plus dished top and bottom heads. Jacket designed for 58 PSIG @ 315 Deg. F., vessel is also internally pressure rated as well as full vacuum rated, National Board and Code Stamped. Agitation system for medium to high viscosity formulations consists of outer anchor agitator with scraper blades as well as internal coaxial counter – rotating shaft with axial flow turbine blade. Both interior of vessel and agitation are polished, and vessel has approximately 2 In. diameter sanitary flush valve. With assorted inlets vessel has stainless tubular legs on casters for portability. Supplied with Mokon DT Series Duratherm circulating water temperature control system. System has Olsa control panel for variable speed agitation control, temperature control gauges, timers, light control, etc. as well as Mokon control panel, all on stainless steel portable stand.
