1-Used Lee 150 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Double Motion Mixing Kettle, S/N 429S.  Kettle interior dimensions measure approx. 44 In. diameter X 38 In. deep. Jacket is rated 100PSI @ 338 Deg. F.  Kettle is mounted in “A” frame and has top driven gearmotor.  Last used in the production of cheese, Kettle has hand operated center-bottom discharge valve with approx. 3 in. diameter tri-clamp port.
