Vessel has an inside diameter of 66 In. and has a slight cone bottom interior. On stainless steel legs, kettle is jacketed for 100 PSI @ 338 Deg. F., National Board number 11862, code stamped. Closed top head has off-center 22 In. diameter manway with cover as well as assorted top Tri-Clamp ports in various sizes. With 3 In. diameter bottom-center discharge with automatic discharge valve, kettle has top-mounted 10HP and 7.5HP 3/60/230-460 Volt “piggyback” style electric motor for the agitation.  (Stock #9010)
