1-Used Lee 500 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Double Motion Mixing Kettle, Model 500 D9MT,  Serial Number B2821-A.  Interior dimensions approximately 62 inch diamter by 50 inch deep. Jacket rated 90 PSI @ 332 Degrees F., National Board Number 4022, Code Stamped.  Equipped with side mounted cylinder for automatic tilt-out scraper agitator assemble. On stainless steel legs, kettle has hinged lid and approximately 2-1/2 inch diameter bottom center outlet with Lee “Fluid-Flow” valve.  Last used in the food industry. (Stock #8656A)
