250 Gallon Lee 316 SS Sanitary Agitated Vacuum Vessel, 90 PSI Jacket, Scraper and High Shear Tilt Out Agitation

1-Used Lee 250 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Sanitary Jacketed Agitated Vacuum Kettle/Reactor, Model 250D7T, S/N 68612-7. This vacuum rated vessel is jacketed for 90 PSI at 332 Deg. F, National Board # 12272, code stamped.  Equipped with tilt-out scrape surface agitation via self-container cylinder, vessel also has Multi-mix mixer with high shear dispersion blades, separately driven by 10 HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt motor. Equipped with approx. 3 In. diameter center bottom outlet with valve, vessel has dish bolted top head with 18 In. diameter manway with lid and assorted tri-clamp fittings.  Interior diameter measures approx. 48 In. and interior of vessel is hemispherical and is equipped with a stationary baffle.  Mounted in heavy-duty stainless steel base with casters, machine was last used in the pharmaceutical/medical industry.
