Interior dimensions are approx. 30 In. diameter X 32 In. deep. The kettle is jacketed for 100 PSI @ 338 Deg. F., National Board number 134477, code stamped. With an inclined scraper agitator and an off-center “screw” agitator, the kettle also has an off-center stationary bar-style baffle. Equipped with top-mounted Eurodrive 3HP and .75 HP 3/60/230-460 Volt variable speed drives. The kettle is mounted on a portable stainless steel base with casters.
