1 – Used Lee 10 Quart Stainless Steel  “Tri-Mix” Turbo Shear Triple Motion Mix Kettle, Model 10QTCD12T, S/N B1865-A. The kettle’s internal dimensions are 11 In. diameter X 14 In. deep, vessel is rated 90 PSI jacket @332 Deg. F., National Board number 3843, Code Stamped. The kettle has both bottom discharge (with Lee Fluid-Flow 1.5 inch valve), as well as, tilt discharge with pouring lip. With a double-motion scraper agitator as well high-speed homogenizing head, agitation is “tilt-out” via a self-contained water cylinder.  With top mounted 1 HP motor for the homogenizing head, as well as a .75HP motor for the scraper agitation.
