1-Used pitco/mastermatic model cf300e stainless steel continuous electric fryer, s/n 1859. Features include 12 in. Wide stainless steel belt (300mm wide), stainless steel hood, “hold-down” belt, fire suppression system and self-contained filter. On stainless steel portable base with casters, electrical specifications are 3/60/240 volt. Fryer has variable speed control for belt and stainless steel exhaust hood. (stock #7671)
