1-Used Mastermatic Model CK 12-34 Continuous Gas Fryer. Equipped with “hold-down” belt, fryer has 34 inch wide belt.  With hydraulic lift for raising and lowering hood automatically. Last running up to approximately 3,000 lbs/hour, fryer comes equipped with control panel. Rated 1280000 BTU input, fryer was last running veggie burgers and knishes, and is equipped with CO2 fire alarm system, exhaust piping and partial fire suppression system (tanks in photos not included).  (Stock #L1516)
