Fitzpatrick Roller Compactor/Chilsonator, 316SS

1-Used Fitzpatrick Model 4LX10D 316 stainless steel, free standing roller compactor/chilsonator. With onboard stainless steel Fitzmill, Model DKASO12 knife rotor hammer mill. The system is rated from 250 – 400 kg of product per hour,  depending on materials, application and machine configuration and environment being run in. Equipped with 4″ OD horizontal metering screw with 1 HP motor drive that eliminates vacuum dearation to 4 OD” vertical pre-compression screw with 5 HP motor drive, that compresses product for more uniformity prior to feeding into the 4″ OD x 10″ long face cored product compaction rollers. With 7.5 HP motor drive and bulk densities of feed from 10 to 100 lbs. per cubic foot and roll force of 17.5 KN/cm with roll gap range of 1mm to 6mm. Horizontal screws, variable frequency speed controls with start and stop push buttons and e-stop. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs. (Stock #L2055)
