1-Used Stephan Model VM-100 Stainless Steel Vertical Mixer, S/N 717.918.02. This 100 liter vertical mixer was last mixing ground beef and is vacuum capable (requires a vacuum pump). With stainless steel base and hinged lid, mixer has underdriven agitator driven by 1.1kW, 3/60/208 Volt motor. On casters for portability. (Stock #8803B)
