1-Used Silverson “Flashmix” Stainless Steel Model 3 EF97CM Inline High Shear Mixer, Machine  Number 3EF97CM.  On casters for portability, machine has jacketed housing and is driven by approximately 10 HP, 3/60/220-440 Volt motor. With 18 In. diameter top mounted Stainless Steel hopper, unit has Tri-Clamp side discharge. Equipped with two rotor/stator work heads situated in series one above the other. The unmixed solid and liquid ingredients are converted into a slurry by the upper head and the slurry is homogenized by the lower head so that in the single passage through the machine, the completely raw basic ingredients are converted at high speed into a finely homogenized finished product.
