Description

1-Used Hobart Model M-802-U 80 quart four speed all-purpose mixer, S/N 11-286-000.  Mixer has nickel-chrome plates, transmission case and top cover which meet USDA requirements.  With 20 inch diameter by 18 inch deep stainless steel removal bowl, mixer comes equipped with both beater and whisk attachments and dolly.  Driven by 2 HP, 3 phase 60 cycle motor, mixer has front assembly for optional slicing/grating attachment.  (Stock# 7901)
