With top-mounted agitation with Nord motor and gearbox. Kettle equipped with Admix rotor solver, Model 160RS133SS, liquefying stainless steel blade driven by Baldor 7.5 HP motor. With full sweep, swivel baffle, dual CIP spray ball system, and cone bottom. Top manway lid measures 24 in. diameter. (Stock #L2021)
