1-Used Lee “Shallow Design” Stainless Steel Jacketed Scraper Agitated Kettle/Pan.  Pan measures 90 In. diameter and is designed for cooking preserves, gravy, stew, pie fillings, etc.  With top motor gear motor driving the slow speed scraped surface agitator, product is gently moving across surface of the kettle to preserve integrity of product being processed. Mounted on 36 In. high legs, kettle/pan is 4 In. diameter bottom center outlet with hand operated valve.  (Stock #8605)
