1-Used Cleveland Range Model 36-GM-K66-200 (2) Six Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Tilt Kettles, S/N 2628528-95B-01.  Mounted in cabinet with modular steam generator, kettles require a natural gas source (rated 200,000 BTU per hour) and each Kettle is jacketed for 50 PSI @ 298 Deg. F, National Board and Code Stamped.  Each Kettle measures approx. 13 in. diameter x 11 in. deep and overall dimensions of cabinet approx. 34 in. x 34 in . x 35 in.  Controls require single phase, 60 cycle, 110 volt electrics.  These Kettles quickly and easily cook batches of broths and soups in a neat and efficient manner.  (Stock #8060C)
