1-Used Chester Jensen 400 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Cone Bottom Cooker-Cooler, Model 7040, S/N 8409-P.  Jacket stamped 100PSI at 340 Deg. F., National Board #47808, Code Stamped. With stainless steel lids, vessel has scrape surface agitator, as well as perforated internal baffle and counter-rotating tri-blade.  On stainless legs, this vessel is equipped with 3 In. diameter center bottom discharge with valve and top-mounted “piggyback” motors.  Last used in food operation.  (Stock #8923B)
