1-Used Chester Jensen 100 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Cooker/Cooler, Model 70N10, S/N 0101-P. Jacketed rated 100 PSI at 340 Deg. F., National Board number 25369. Equipped with 1.5 HP & 2.0 HP 3/60/230-460 Volt motors.  Equipped with hinged lids, the vessel has both a scraper-style agitator as well as a center-impeller agitator.  The vessel measures approx. 60 In. diameter and equipped with approx. 4 In. diameter center bottom outlet with Lee Fluid Flow valve.  Last used in the food industry.
