1-Used Cherry Burrell 5,000 gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Sanitary Jacketed Mix Tank. Dimensions approx. 9 ft. diameter by 17 ft. 2 in. high, including the motor. Tank is jacketed at 100 PSI at 350 Deg. F., National board stamped. With “sweep” style agitation (bottom and side) and CIP piping, tank was last used on pasteurized cheese and yogurt. (L1201)
