1-Used cherry burrell 300 liter (approx. 80 gallon) 316 stainless steel jacketed pressurized sanitary process vessel, s/n e-006-94. Dimensions approx. 32″ diameter x 28″ on the straight side, vessel has dished bottom head and dished top head with quick opening bolts. Jacket rated 100 psi @ 350 degrees f and vessel is rated internally for 40 psi @ 350 degrees f, national board number 4322, code stamped. Equipped with bottom entering high speed dispersion blade driven by bottom mounted lightnin “mag mixer”. On heavy duty stainless steel portable stand with casters, unit equipped with stainless steel control panel with digital display and speed controls. Mounted on load cells, vessel has approx. 2″ diameter center bottom outlet with valve, as well as approx. 6′ diameter flush clean out port. Top opening includes two (2) approx. 6″ diameter ports, as well as four (4) approx. 1-1/2″ diameter ports, each with tri-clamp fittings. With self-contained cylinder for automatic opening of top lid.
