Description
1-Used A & B Process Approximately 750 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Double Motion Mix Kettle. Interior dimensions approx. 66 In. diameter X 60 inch deep. Jacket rated 150 PSI@366 Deg. F., National Board Stamp. Double motion agitator driven by 7.5HP and 10HP “piggyback” motors, providing for 37 RPM on center agitator, and 22 RPM on sweep agitator. With hinged lid with safety guarding, kettle has center bottom discharge and stainless steel sanitary construction. On legs, last used in Food Production facility. (Stock# L1389)
