Jacket rated 90 PSI at 332 Deg. F., National Board #7159, code stamped.  Equipped with inclined scraper agitator driven by 2 HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt motor.  Equipped with approx. 3 In. diameter Lee Fluid-Flow sanitary discharge valve, additional features include temperature probe, stainless hinged lid,  stainless steel legs and casters for portability.
