600 Gallon Stainless Fabrication Triple Motion Jacketed Vacuum Kettle/Reactor

1-Used Stainless Fabrication, Inc. 600 gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Vacuum Triple Motion Kettle/Reactor, Serial Number 3367.  With type 316L stainless shell, vessel measures 54 in. interior diameter by approx. 66 in. on straight side, plus dished top head and cone bottom head.  Jacket rated 150 PSI @ 300 Deg.F, and internally rated 15 PSI/Full Vacuum @ 300 Deg.F., National Board # 521, code stamped.  Counter rotating agitation consists of scraped surface agitator with paddles, as well center pitched bladed paddle agitator, each driven by 10 HP 3/60/460 Volt Explosion proof motors and gearbox.  With bottom entering Giusti high speed high shear emulsifying head driven by 18.5 KW (approx. 30 HP) 3/60/480 volt Explosion Proof motor.  Currently on approx. 36 in. high stainless legs, leg extensions are available.  Dished top head has 14 in. diameter off-center manway with hinged lid and site glass, as well as various assorted top inlets. With center bottom outlet with valve, terminating in approx. 4 in. diameter tri-clamp. (Stock #8064B)
