Jacket rated 30 PSI @ 300 Degrees F., National Board # 24396, Code Stamped. Electrical specifications: 3/60/240 volt. Kettle has stainless steel agitator mount and stainless steel top cover. Equipped with discharge outlet with approx. 1-1/2 in. diameter discharge with hand operated valve. Can be supplied with agitator shown, at additional cost (Stock #8215E)
