Interior dimensions approximately 30 In. diameter X 26 In. deep. Equipped with scraped surface agitator, as well as, secondary off-center perforated paddle agitator, particularly suited for heavy, viscous products. With top mounted Reeves Explosion Proof Variable Speed Drive, kettle also has A-B Explosion Proof starter box. With approximately 1-1/2 In. diameter center bottom outlet with valve, kettle is mounted on 27 In. high legs and is mounted on removable platform. (Stock # 8642A)
