1-Used lee 500 liter (approx. 132 gallon) stainless steel jacketed vacuum “tri-mix” high shear kettle, model 500ld12t. Vessel is jacketed for 40 psi at 287 degrees f and is rated internally at full vacuum/20 psi at 287 degrees f, national board #3841 code stamped. Equipped with double motion scraper agitator, as well as high speed homogenizing head, entire agitation assembly tilts out of kettle via self contained water actuated cylinder. Equipped with top mounted 15hp and 5hp motors for driving agitation. On stainless steel legs, kettle has approx. 2″ diameter bottom discharge and also has rtd well for temperature supplied with accessory vacuum pump.
