1-Used Lee 500 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Double Motion Mix Kettle/Tank, Serial Number A-4714-B. Interior dimensions approx. 48 In. Diameter X 60 In. on straight side, plus dished bottom.  Equipped with double motion scrape surface agitation, driven by 7.5HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt motor with Sterling gearbox with variable speed control. Kettle is jacketed for 100 PSI @ 350 Deg. F., National Board #2058, code stamped.  Equipped with stainless steel control panel with Extech variable speed controller, as well as a Honeywell chart recorder, kettle has 25 In. High stainless steel legs. Equipped with stainless sectional top lid with approx. 15 In. X 13 In. hatch with hinged lid.  Vessel is equipped with approx. 3 In. diameter center bottom outlet with Lee “Fluid-Flow” valve with tri-clamp fitting.  With assorted top inlets, kettle was last used in the personal care products industry.  (Stock #8580A)
