1-Used Lee 500 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Hemispherical Double Motion Scraper Agitated Kettle, Model 500D9MS, S/N B8509B.  Kettle interior dimensions approx. 62 In. Diameter X 50 In. Deep.  Jacket rated 125 PSI at 353 Deg. F., National Board #5687, Code stamped.  On legs, kettle has approximately 3 In. diameter center bottom discharge with Lee “fluid flow” valve.  With two-piece stainless steel lid, kettle has top mounted 5HP 3/60/230-460 Volt electric motor. Equipped with Lenz AC Tech Variable Frequency Drive with digital display. (Stock #8259)
