1-Used Lee 500 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Double Motion Scraper Kettle, Model 500D9MS, Serial number C3158B. Interior dimensions approximately 62 In. diameter by 52 In. deep. Interior of kettle is hemispherical shaped, and jacket is rated 90 PSI @332 Deg. F, National Board number 6686, Code Stamped.  With hinged lid, kettle has double motion scraper agitation driven by 3HP/5HP Motor. On stainless steel legs, kettle has bottom center discharge with brand new Lee Flush Bottom valve. Last used in sanitary application. (Stock #8919)
