1-Used Groen 5 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Twin Action Mixing Kettle Model TDC/TA/2-20 QT.  Kettle jacketed for 110 PSI @ 353 degrees F, National Board # 73353.  Equipped with twin action agitation consisting of side scraper agitator, as well as “counter current” bar agitator.  Kettle bowl measures approx. 12 in. diameter X 13 in. deep and is equipped with two-piece stainless steel lid.  With “Penta-Drive” variable speed control box, Kettle has “Square D” stainless steel starter box and single phase, 60 cycle, 115 volt electrics.  Mounted on approx. 28 in. wide X  45 in. long base with sink drain for washing out of Kettle.  (Stock #8181)
