1 – Used Cleveland 40 Gallon Stainless Steel Self-Contained Gas-Fired Jacketed Tilting Kettle, model KGL-40T, S/N WTO874-98E-02. Interior dimensions approx. 26 In. diameter X 21 In. deep. This gas-fired kettle is jacketed for 50 PSI @ 298 degrees F., National board number 51674, Code stamped (CRN# K2814.5). Rated 140,000 BTU/HR, kettle uses Natural Gas, and is mounted on stainless steel stand.  With tilt discharge, temperature controls are single phase electrics, and has top lid.  Last used in the food industry (Stock # 8795A)
