Dimensions approximately 54 In. diameter X 42 In. deep, Jacket rated 40 PSI@ 287 Deg. F, code stamped. With pouring lip, kettle has self-contained cylinder for automatic tilt discharge, as well as 3 In. diameter “Tri-Clamp” bottom center discharge with hand operated valve. Also equipped with secondary self-contained cylinder for automatic “tilt out” of agitation assembly. Agitation driven by Eurodrive 5HP 3/60/208 volt motor.
