3-Used Approx. 250 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Hemispherical Scraper Agitated Kettles. Interior dimensions approximately 56 In. diameter X 33 In. deep. Last used in the food industry, each kettle is jacketed for 43.5 PSI @ 289 Deg. F. With side scraping agitator with cross bars, agitation is driven by 5 HP, 3 Phase, 220 Volt motor, providing for agitator speed of approx. 25 RPM.
