Dimensions approx. 54 In. diameter x 38 In. deep, the kettle has tangential bottom discharge with 1-1/2 In. diameter hand-operated tri-clamp valve. The kettle is jacketed for 40 PSI @ 287 degrees F, National Board Number 2170, code stamped. On 18 In. high legs, kettle was last used in the food industries. (Stock # 8801F)
