Dimensions approx. 48 in. diameter X 43 in. deep, Kettle is jacketed for 90 PSI @332 degrees F, National Board #9460, Code Stamped. Double motion scraper agitator driven by 4 HP, 3/60/230-460 volt motor. Equipped with approx. 29 in. stainless steel legs and approx. 3 in. diameter “Fluid Flow” discharge valve with 90 degree elbow.
