200 Gallon DCI Stainless Steel Jacketed Vacuum Process Kettle/Reactor With Admix Disperser

1-Used DCI 200 Gallon 316L Stainless Steel Jacketed Vacuum Agitated Process Kettle/Reactor, S/N 91PH42152 (JS2717).  This Vessel has approx. 52 in. inside diameter and dished top head and cone bottom head.  Vessel jacketed for 125 PSI/-15 PSI @ 300 Deg. F. and rated internally for 40 PSI/-15 PSI (Full Vacuum) @ 300 Deg. F.. National Board #1862, Code Stamped.   Dished top has 15.5 in. diameter off center manway with hinged lid, sight glass and four (4)  assorted smaller diameter openings including temperature gauge.  Cone bottom has 2 in. diameter center bottom outlet with valve.  With side scraper agitator with center pitched blade agitation both driven by Eurodrive 3 HP 3/60/208-360 volt motor.  There is also top entering off center Admix Model 100-XP81 High Speed Disperser and propeller driven by 5 HP/2.5 HP 3/60/208 volt two-speed motor.  Also equipped with stationary baffle, Vessel mounted on portable stainless steel base with casters.  With control panel with starter and variable speed control.  (Stock #8099)
