1-Used Approximately 20 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Kettle.  With hemispherical interior, kettle measures 20 in. interior diameter x 18 in. deep.  Equipped with approx. 1-1/2 in. diameter center bottom outlet, with hand operated ball valve.  With stainless hinged lid, kettle is on approx. 31 in. high legs.
