1-Used Trinity/Hamilton Double Motion Hemispheric Mixing Kettle. Interior dimensions approx. 44 In. X 32 In. deep, kettle is jacketed for 90 PSI @ 320 Deg F.  National Board Number #381, code stamped.  With two-piece stainless steel hinged lid, kettle is driven by Leeson Electric 2 HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt motor. Kettle stamped USDA acceptable, Model US-DM.  Includes Starter Box. With 3 In. center bottom outlet with reducer hand valve for 2 In. discharge. (Stock #9002)
