Internal dimensions approx. 34 in. diameter X 25 in. deep, Kettle has dished bottom with approx. 2-1/2 in. diameter center bottom outlet with hand operated valve. Jacket rated 100 PSI @ 338 degrees F, Code Stamped. Equipped with two (2) Leeson DC drive motors for double motion agitation. All stainless steel legs, approx. 24 in. high.
