1-Used Lee 100 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Hemispherical Kettle, Model 100D, S/N 20279-1-2. Dimensions approx. 36 In. Diameter X 36 In. Deep, Kettle is rated 90 PSI at 332 Deg. F., National Board #8734, Code Stamped.  On 48 In. High stainless steel legs, kettle has hinged stainless lid with approx. 6 inlets.  Equipped with approx. 1 ½ In. diameter center bottom discharge with hand operated valve, as well as off-center 2 ½ In. diameter outlet.  Equipped with top mounted portable agitator with “washdown motor” and 36 In. Long stainless steel shaft with approx. 8 In. diameter propeller.  Last used in the food industry. (Stock #8437)
