1-Used Stephan Model VCM-80E Vertical Cutter Mixer, Machine # C-2971.  With hi-speed bottom cutting blades, under driven by 15KW/18.5KW, 3/60/220 Volt 1760/3540 RPM two speed motor.  With top motorized mixing baffle arm, driven by fractional HP motor, 220 Volt.  Equipped with both tilt discharge and approx. 3 in. diameter bottom drain.  Stainless steel bowl measures approx. 25 in. diameter x 14 in. deep, comes equipped with push-button starter box.
