Roaring Fork Canning Line, Nitrogen Purge

1-Used Roaring Fork Single Lane Can Filling and Seaming System.  Last used in filling liquid coffee, line is rated up to approximately 40 cans per minute (2,400 cans per hour). With 5 head can filling station, with Co2 pre-purge feature, line has automated Brite tank pressure controller to regulate the pressure of the beverage for time-based filling. With automatic lid dispenser and can seamer, line has washdown conveyor with variable speed control.  With PLC controller with touch screen, line has CIP feature and integrated liquid nitrogen dosing head.  With Markem 9410 printer for lot number/expiration date, line has washdown compliant sensors, pneumatics enclosure and decking.  (Stock #L1514)
