With stainless steel cabinetry, popper has digital temperature controls, digital controls for drum speeds, stainless steel starter box and is driven by 5 hp 3/60/208-230-460 volt motor. Sifter is separately driven by 1/3 hp, single phase, 50 cycle, 115-230 volt motor.
